Stroke Clinic
2011 Fall Stroke Clinic & Stroke Clinic Plus
We will be offering two stroke clinic programs again this season for anyone wishing to attend, not just current Academy Bullets team members. Stroke Clinics will once again be held at both the Vaughan Athletic Center and Lewis University. Below are information sections on both clinic locations.
** Aurora - Vaughan Athletic Center **
The first program is our normal Stroke Clinic - 5 pool sessions for all swimmers. One group is for 9 & Under swimmers only. The other group will be for 10 & Over swimmers.
The second program is called Stroke Clinic Plus. This is our regular stroke clinic program with an additional one-on-one half hour session with one of our Bullets coaches. This one-on-one session will take place at Marmion Academy. Sign-up for the one-on-one sessions will begin on the first day of stroke clinic.
Both of these are great opportunities for all swimmers to get some technique work on all four swimming strokes prior to the start of our regular practice schedule. Swimmers must be able to swim 1 length of the pool freestyle and backstroke without stopping to attend the clinics. The clinic dates are Tuesday, September 6th thru Saturday, September 10th at the Vaughan Athletic Center. Sign-up will begin at the Vaughan Center on the first day of the clinic.
** Romeoville - Lewis University **
