What is the Academy Bullets Swim Club?
As a proud member of USA Swimming (the national governing body of competitive swimming in America) we are committed to offering a program where beginners and nationally ranked swimmers can enjoy a great swimming experience.
At the Academy Swim Club, each swimmer will learn the four competitive swimming strokes plus racing turns and starts. Your swimmer will see improvement during the course of the season.
Team Philosophy
"We're not building better swimmers, we're building better kids."
If thee swimmer is learning the proper techniques and having fun, success will come naturally. We don't stress winning....we stress improvement and building self esteem.

Where do we swim?
The Bullets swim out of two main locations. Our original site is located in Aurora, Illinois. We swim out of both Marmion Academy and the Vaughan Athletic Center. Both Marmion and Vaughan are heated indoor facilities year round. In 2008, we opened up a second main location for our team in Romeoville, IL out of Lewis University. We are looking to expand our Lewis location and make it comparable in size to our Aurora site.
We compete against many local teams and swim meets in our surrounding area as well as in other states.
